It wasn't, as of yesterday afternoon. But every day/night brings more winds, for the next couple of days, so that could change. As of 4:24pm yesterday, The Malibu Times posted a list of what has survived or burned on their FB page: "Trancas Country Market (no visible damage)" but try checking their page for updates. I hope they all stay safe.
